I have bought a wedding gown with a silk organza skirt, How can I attach swarovski crystals to it?

It has a full netted skirt with one layer of sheer slk organza, Am petrified I ruin it so wondered what the best method would be of attaching crystals to it, also where is the cheapest place to find them on the web?
